Returns & Refunds

We want your young inventors to be completely satisfied with their STEM tools. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of our receiving the returned item. Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for all returns at no cost to you. To start a return, email cruz@tumbleweedwagons.com with your order number and reason for return. For damaged or defective items, please include photos of the damage in your email.
