Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates:

• Flat-rate shipping: $4.99 on all domestic US orders
• FREE shipping on orders $35 or more
• FREE local delivery within El Paso, TX — personally delivered within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery Estimates: Once processed, standard ground shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Note: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Orders ship from our El Paso, TX distribution point.
